Refund policy
We have a NO return policy, which means after the shipment is received, we do not accept returned items due to the nature of the business.
To be eligible for a return, It must be an error on behalf of an Half-Blood's Employee, but this determination will be made by Half-Blood's Owner.
Ensure that you want to make a purchase with Half-Blood's Holistics and that you agree to no Charge-Backs after or before an order is placed and shipped.
Any failure to comply with Half-Blood's Holistics Policies, Including but not limited to the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and/or Shipping Policy will be at Half-Blood's Holistics Owner and Employees discretion to refund and not fulfill the order. Any Ill will including hate speech or malicious intent towards the business (Half-Blood's Holistics), it's owner. or employees will result in no future orders being processed for the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at halfbloodsholistics@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Failure to input the correct address, which results in a return to Half-Blood's Holistics will be a restocking fee charge of $10 or an additional payment of the original shipping price determined at initial check out to resend the package.
All prices are non-negotiable. If a sale or discount becomes available for an item that was already purchased, in fulfillment stages, or in transit, there can not be a markdown, voucher, discount, or customer curtiosity.
All decisions, policies, terms, conditions, and prices are at discretion of Half-Blood's Holistics Owner and Employees. Half-Blood's Holistics Owner, and Employees make the final decisions on any matters and there will not be discretion for loop holes or decisions from the customers.

Our goal is to give our customers good customer service, with a website that can be maneuvered with ease and products that you will get excited to get shipped to you. All purchases are one item each unless other wise stated in the product description. Stands and other prop in stock photos are only to enhance the website and do not come included in your purchases. These products are not intended for minors. It is the parent/guardian responsibility to monitor their minors or anyone under their supervision on the internet. Half-Blood's can not be held responsible for any failure to monitor minors or others that need supervision.
These items are not intended for internal use. Use all products on this website as display only unless otherwise stated. (I.E. Massage wands use externally after the customer self verifies there are no allergies to the purchased product. Gua Sha Facial massage tool used externally after the customer verifies there are no allergies.) Failure to take proper steps and/ or improperly use crystals for other than display and the intend use can not be held against Half-Blood's Holistics, the Owner, Or the Employees.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
There are no exchanges accepted by Half-Blood's Holistics.
Refunds
If the Owner makes the business decision to accept a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
