Shipping policy

If an order is returned to Half's-Bloods Holistics, Because of failure to reach correct address, we can refund the order with a restocking fee of $10 or we resend the items for the shipping fee that will be determined at the time of you initial order. 

Packages that are stolen, damaged, lost, or never delivered are not Half-Blood's Holistics responsibility to replace or resend. 

Processing Time: 3-14 business days pending order flow. The business days start the day after your order is placed. Half-Blood's ask for your patience in order fulfillment, because we are a 1 Woman show currently :) This Includes only Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm CST. This Does NOT included holidays and weekends. Please place holiday orders, gift orders, and any other order promptly so they can be received in time for your event.
